When will I receive my download?
Immediately. As soon as payment clears you'll receive an email with your download link — in most cases this is instant at checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam folder and the email address used at checkout.
Still nothing? Email pixeldreamworkstudio@gmail.com and we'll resend your files manually.
I didn't receive my download email — what do I do?
This is almost always an email filter issue. Check your spam/junk folder first, then search your inbox for "Pixel Dream Works Studio" or your order number. If the email genuinely isn't there, contact us and we'll resend the link straight away.
What files will I receive?
High-resolution PNG and/or JPG files, professionally mastered for large-format printing. Some products also include a print-ready PDF. File specifications are listed on each product page.
What if the file is corrupted or the wrong size?
Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll resend a clean version or provide an alternative size or aspect ratio — whichever resolves it fastest.
Can I cancel my order?
Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us and we'll work to resolve it.
How do I print my artwork?
You have three options: print at home on a good quality printer, use a local print shop, or upload to an online printing service such as Printful, Snapfish, or similar. All files are supplied at gallery-level resolution and will print sharply at poster, canvas, or framed sizes.
What size should I print?
Every file is high-resolution and suitable for large-format output. Standard frame sizes — A3, A2, A1, 18×24", 24×36" — all work well. If you're unsure which size suits your space, email us and we'll advise.
What DPI are the files?
All files are supplied at a minimum of 300 DPI, which is the industry standard for high-quality print output.
Can I use your artwork commercially?
Standard purchases are for personal use only. You may print the artwork for your home, office, or as a personal gift. You may not:
- Resell the digital file
- Sell printed versions as products
- Use the artwork on merchandise for sale
- Use the artwork in a commercial brand, publication, or media project
- Upload the artwork into AI datasets or training tools

Can I use the artwork as a personal gift?
Yes — printing a piece to give as a personal gift is covered under the standard personal use licence.
Do you offer custom or commission work?
Not currently. Pixel Dream Works Studio focuses on curated downloadable collections. We may open limited commission slots in the future — follow the store for announcements.
Are digital downloads refundable?
No. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is non-refundable. If something is wrong with the file itself, we will fix it — send us the details and we'll resolve it quickly.
Do you store my payment details?
No. All payments are handled securely by Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay. We never see or store your full card details.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Occasionally. New collections, seasonal offers, and bundle deals are announced via the store. Keep an eye on the site for updates.
